One of the Allbirds, Inc.'s products is running shoes and the whole world is currently longing for plastics
to quit the scene, but it is practicing, figuratively speaking, "All bads" (i.e. "bad to 3 ways") in the long run.
All people in the world are supporting Allbirds, Inc.'s policy, but it is sporting with the world ironically, I feel.
A corporation without earnings is no more than a virtual image and never becomes able to be sustainable nor immortal.
To put it straightforwardly, concerning an ESG story, "You can't eat your cake and have it too."
A virtual meeting of shareholders is of benefit to shareholders, whereas a nonprofit-oriented corporation no stakeholders.
It expressly says, "we do not anticipate paying any cash dividends in the foreseeable future." in its S-1 Prospectus,
but, well, never mind, it mind from the beginning that it anticipates not at all gaining a profit.
By the way, a company seems to have to submit a legal disclosure document to the EDGAR always through a "Filing Agent."

オールバード社の製品の1つはランニング・シューズであり、また、目下世界中の人々がプラスチック製品に退場してもらいたい
と切望していますが、同社は長い目で見れば比喩的に言えば「オールバッド」（すなわち、「三方あし」）を実践しているのです。
世界の全ての人々がオールバード社の方針を支持しているのですが、同社は皮肉にも世間をからかっているように私は感じます。
利益なき企業というのは虚像に過ぎず持続可能で永続する企業になることは決してできません。
率直に言えば、ESG物語に関して言えば、「菓子は食べたらなくなる。」（同時に両方よいことはできない。）のです。
バーチャル株主総会は株主のためになりますが、利益を志向しない企業というのはどの利害関係者のためにもなりません。
目論見書の中でオールバード社は「予見可能な将来において現金配当を支払うことは一切考えていない。」と明言していますが、
なに、心配は要りません、同社は将来を予見し自社が利益を得ることが決してないよう始めから心がけているのです。
ところで、会社は法定開示書類をEDGARに必ず「提出代理人」を通じて提出をしなければならないようです。
