Financial resources for a sustainable education are not a bond nor a fund but a tuition only.
In other words, they are not a borrowing nor a donation but earning a fixed income from students only.
Persons who lend money are a commercial person (a short-term interested party) and persons who give money are
a unique person (a singly-interested party and what is more a charity is not able to be prognosticated at all)
but persons who pay a learning fee are a permanent association (students at school are never a supporter).
Students learn at school for a purpose of stepping up in a life, so if school doesn't give them an enough education,
they all begin to make steps noisily with a complaint in a classroom.

持続可能な教育のための財源は、債券でもなければ基金でもなく授業料だけなのです。
他の言い方をすれば、持続可能な教育のための財源は、お金を借りることでもなければ寄附を受けることでもなく
学生から固定収入を得ることだけなのです。
お金を貸す人は営利目的の人（短期間の利害関係者）でありお金をあげる人は珍しい人（単発的な利害関係者であり
その上慈善行為というのは前もって見通すことが全くできないものなのです）なのですが、
学習のための謝礼金を支払う人達は永久に続く関係性（在学生というのは決して援助者ではないのです）なのです。
学生は人生でステップアップをするために学校で学ぶのです。
ですので、学校が学生に十分な教育を行わないと、学生達は皆抗議をするために教室でけたたましく足踏みをし始めるのです。
